Responsibilities

  • Process and handle sales orders from initiation to completion in a timely manner.
  • Daily track and perform integration between backend systems.
  • Assist in preparing A&P claims, sales reports and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Coordinate communication between sales teams, customers, and other departments.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with product availability inquiries.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and tracking order fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales administration or similar role, preferably in FMCG is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Ms Excel).
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
